On 6 February 2026,we received a call from the Ministry of Tourism with the exciting news that Alter Domus (MM2H) Sdn. Bhd. was one of the top five sponsors for the 2025 MM2H programme. After years of hard work rebuilding since COVID, this recognition meant the world to us.

At a special appreciation dinner held at Sunway Resort on 13 February, we learned that we officially ranked 3rd in the country.

Most other MM2H agencies focus on China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and other Asian markets, which sets us apart. As of February 2026, more than 240 agencies are registered for the new MM2H program, with around 170 currently active. Only a few agencies specialize in Western developed countries, and none of them appear on the list above. This makes us the oldest and largest MM2H sponsor serving clients from Western developed countries.

We have a large and loyal client base from the legacy pre-2020 MM2H program, numbering in the thousands. Since 2004, in the absence of official data, we have always stated that we are “probably the largest MM2H sponsor for Western developed countries.” Now, with verified figures, we can confidently say we are the largest MM2H sponsor for Western developed countries.

Approximately 12% of our MM2H clients are from Singapore (considered a Western developed country), 10% are from China and Taiwan, and another 10% come from other Asian countries, including Indonesia, Hong Kong, Myanmar, and Japan. The remaining 70% are from Europe, the Americas, and Australia/New Zealand. We have a dedicated team fluent in Chinese to serve clients from Chinese-speaking countries. Unlike some agencies, we do not conduct roadshows in China or Taiwan, as most of our clients find us online or through referrals from existing clients.

Alter Domus (MM2H) Sdn. Bhd. sponsors only the MM2H visa and does not handle student visas, education, PVIP, medical or real estate services. With a laser-sharp focus on MM2H and customer service, we are the only company with branches—known as MM2H Centres of Excellence—in Kuala Lumpur and Johor Bahru to better serve our clients. Our headquarters in Penang is housed in a three-storey commercial building, and we have approximately thirty employees.

Since our founding in 2004, we have focused on serving clients from Western developed countries. Our strength lies in our expertise in English and our commitment to providing excellent customer service. It is rare for an MM2H agency to grow steadily and successfully for more than twenty years.

Alter Domus (MM2H) Sdn. Bhd. was proud to hold the first MM2H licence number, MM2H/001, issued in 2006, and MM2H/810, issued during the relicensing exercise in 2024. We were the first legacy MM2H sponsor to be granted this new licence. Of the first twenty MM2H companies established in 2006, only three remain in business today, and we are one of them. We are the only one that has grown by leaps and bounds.
