For those who are on a fact finding trip to Penang (first trip to Penang), we will be able to arrange for a visit around Penang for RM100 for a short familiarization trip. The charges is to cover our transportation costs. We are not out to make a profit. We will take you to view some properties (not inside of the property), introduce Penang to you as well as going to "non-touristy" areas. Note that this is open only to potential MM2H applicants only. We are not into tour business and neither are we licensed to conduct tours. The main objective of this tour is to introduce Penang to those who are planning to retire here but have yet to visit Penang.

#1. - MM2H visa application
This is our core business and we will help you with the MM2H application. Starting from June 2008, sponsors are required for MM2H application. Being sponsors, we are responsible for behaviour here. We are financially liable for your MM2H application and your stay here. We have helped hundreds of clients apply for the visa and our current approval rate is 99.4%. Being efficient, we strive to ensure that you are not inconvenient by the application and we are aiming for 100% client satisfaction. As of today, none of our clients are unhappy. We are the official sponsors for MM2H and we are backed by the government of Malaysia to promote MM2H.
#2. - Relocation Assistance

Assistance in tax-free car purchase or import of a tax-free car and license conversion
We will help you with the paperwork and follow up on a tax-free car purchase that you are entitled to under the MM2H program
Actual relocation
This is the most important part. You have bought a house/apartment and you want to make it your retirement home or holiday home. You need someone to renovate or remodel your house. You need someone to take you to the shops to buy curtains, lights and electrical appliances. You need to have an interior designer and carpenter. You need someone to monitor their work when you are back to your home country. You need an update of what is going on. You need someone who can make sure that that when you return to Penang, the house is ready for you to stay. We will monitor, supervise and report the progress of their work so that you know what is going on. When the time comes for you to relocate to Penang, we will help arrange for customs clearance and movers. You don't have to worry about how to go about in getting your things from the Penang Port.
Settling down
Now that you are here and the visa and apartment is ready, we will help you settle down by providing local knowledge. If it is an urgent event like medical emergency, we will always be there to help you. For non-emergency cases, we will reply your e-mails, telling you where you can send your watches for repair and which plumber is honest.
#3. - Property Search
We are not property agents however, we can help connect you to the right property agents. Property search is part of our service to our clients. Our property consultant work closely with honest and reliable property licensed agents in Penang to assist you in finding your dream property. She is currently attached to Elite Properties, a licensed property agent in Penang. We have enlisted the help of many property agents from established firms like New Bob Properties to let you have one of the largest databases of available properties in Penang. As your property consultant, we will guide and assist you all the way for property purchase. The property agents will take you for property viewing but we will help you by giving our honest comments.
Even though you might not apply for MM2H visa, with our property search and relocation services (see item #2 above), we will make sure that your property will be turned in to a home!
When you purchase a property, you might want to make our address your correspondence address for the purchase. We will be your local contact. In the event that the developer/lawyer/contractor/seller needs to contact you, they can contact us first and we can help you out. As an example, if your signature is needed for some documents and the seller cannot contact you in your home country, the seller can inform us and we can contact you or act on your behalf. If you were to rent a place, you might want us to get the keys for you or even arrange for cleaners to clean up first. It is these little things we do that make property purchase or relocation a breeze for foreigners.
#4. - Managing your home
We provide peace of mind with our services that will make your property purchase easy and hassle free! We will make sure that you purchased a home, NOT a house. Managing homes for our clients is a natural extension to our services provided as we have experience in the application for the MM2H visa and relocation assistance.
For a small monthly fee, we will provide the following services that will give you peace of mind
Bill payments and continuity of utilities (with proper accounting)
Property maintenance issues (regular cleaning/maid services, repairs and maintenance).
NO RENTAL MANAGEMENT. We are assisting you in managing your apartment/property so that it is in good order when you are not in Penang. We do not have the resource to manage it as your rental property.
