How We Work Together With Our Clients (Property or Property+MM2H)

We are not property agents and we do not sell properties but we have contacts in local licensed property agents. We can recommend good (not pushy), honest and reliable property agents to you. You can save the hassle of knowing which one you can trust.

We are probably the largest MM2H sponsor and relocation assistance specialist in Penang. We have helped hundred of clients apply for the visa and relocate to Penang. We have been in this business since 2003 (unofficially) and we are the first license holder of MM2H (license # MM2H/0001). We have the credibility to provide services that our clients can trust. It is one of our main objectives to provide total and reliable solutions for our clients.

Therefore, we have a list of shops (household, furniture, electrical, etc) or services (real estate, solicitors, accountants, etc) whom we can recommend to our clients. They will provide better service. Their prices will be equal or lower than market prices. We have a good and lower cost contractor as well. Therefore, we have taken out the main worry of foreigners in Malaysia - the worry of being ripped off (just because they are foreigners) !

Property is not a substitute for MM2H financial requirements. Even if you are not going to apply for MM2H at the present moment, do share with us your plans. Perhaps, getting a MM2H visa might be a good move.

It is very important that our clients don't end up with a nice property in Malaysia but no long-term visa to stay in it !

  4. Name of development (if you know - Marina Bay, Miami Green, etc)

  5. Number of rooms

  6. Build up / land area

  7. Budget (important. Properties in Penang is not cheap. Good ones start from RM300,000)

  8. Any specific requests like seaview, close to Georgetown, swimming pools, low rise, quiet, etc...)
